Best waterfall ever

Olivier and I made it out to another waterfall today. This one was the best waterfall I’ve ever been to. It was a natural waterslide. There were several families (lots of kids) climbing the rocks and sliding 15 feet down the waterfall into the pond. It was so fun and refreshing. I finally brought my professional camera with me. I got some great portraits of children and old people.

Olivier was not satisfied with Pai yet. He wanted to hike in the mountains. So, we signed up for a two-day trek. We leave Tuesday morning. It won’t be as hokey or touristic as the one in Chiang Mai. We’ll do more hiking and interfacing with village people.

“Jolly Old Man” looks like that mech commander dude from the Matrix movies!
